Pizza East looked to groundbreaking pizzerias in Sydney and Los Angeles rather than Naples for some crisp thinking. Its pizza is crisp to the core, unlike its soft-centered Neapolitan counterparts, yet extremely light, airy and delicately chewy. The sourdough crust, with its charred, blistered and bubbly cornicione (outer rim), compresses exquisitely to the chew. All toppings, original as well as classic, are of the highest quality, starting with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP – the best that GBP can buy.

For the #PizzaTuesday on 27th April, Pizza East will welcome us in the intimate dining area adjacent to the main dining room. The tasting dinner will begin with an assortment of salume and cheeses, a prelude to a sampling of Pizza East's four most distinctive pizzas .
